Paul was referred to me by a friend. My furnace was not working properly and a different contractor was quoting a repair or was trying to sell me a new furnace for a lot of money.
I contacted Paul and he immediately responded that he would like to help me but that he could not come to my house until the next few days - I very much appreciate the honesty and the started collecting points on my scale already. Paul showed up at our house during the promised timeframe he gave us - bonus points. He thoroughly inspected the furnace and promised to provide a quote the same day.
Paul explained to me what was broken and what needed to be repaired. As the furnace is 20+ years old, I also asked for a quote to install a new one. Paul gave me a firm price for both and after a very pleasant conversation we decided together to go with a new furnace.
Paul called me back a couple hours later and confirmed that he could install the furnace the next day. Again, he showed up right on time and confirmed his appointment an hour before arrival by phone.
Paul and his associate installed the furnace, hauled the old one away and left the workplace cleaner than he found it. Both very very friendly and very pleasant.
Paul stuck with his initial price proposal and left us with instructions on how to register the new furnace for the manufacturer's warranty.
I have seen various HVAC contractors and I will say that Paul is by far the best contractor I have ever come across. Very reasonable, incredibly friendly, on time, and reliable. I can highly recommend his services
