I want to start off by saying that I originally hired One of A Kind Restoration from the Yelp reviews that I read, praising the work of this company. I was a little fearful, relying upon Yelp reviews only, but I felt good about the reviews and decided to contact One of A Kind, the BEST decision ever!!!
One of A Kind Restoration, it's owners, Lior and Omri, are the absolute best. They are professional, highly skilled, knowledgable, kind, compassionate and wonderful people.
I was so emotionally distraught over the situation that had occured, requiring me to locate a reliable restoration company, that I couldn't think clearly. Lior was by my side every step of the way, reassuring me, helping me through and bringing my property back to its original state. Lior and Omri went above and beyond, as did each one of the amazing guys on the crew. They were so very respectful of my property, toward myself, and they made sure they kept me informed each and every step along the way.
They not only finished on time, but kept the costs within the allotted insurance funds that proved to be an absolute nightmare to obtain, however, they took care of that as well, removing that 'headache' from me.
I cannot say enough wonderful things about this company, these gentleman and the work performed. I am so very happy with everything and I trust them explicitly. I will tell everyone I know about One of A Kind, as they are truly the BEST you can get!!! These guys will NOT let you down.
I am so grateful to them all. THANK YOU!!!!
