I hardly write any online reviews, but this business must be reported. In short, stay away and be very careful in your dealing with this contractor. I contracted Javier to work on outdoor kitchen with plumbing/electrical work and for patio overlay.
He hires anyone from out of streets to do the work. I had very extensive plumbing work to do, but the person Javier sent to my house, Leonardo Soto , was not even a qualified plumber. Actually he was a criminal that he had hired from streets and he says that person has done lot of work in his other projects. Eventually that person took advance money to buy materials and then absconded. Javier bailed out after hearing left the outdoor kitchen project incomplete and takes no responsibility. There were couple of small fixes needed for the leak in kitchen, which after asking multiple times, he didn’t show up to fix it.
For the overlay work, he did first primer coating and said he will complete work in 2 days. More than one month have passed, and he never came to complete the work. When asked, he say he will come coming but doesn't show up. If you point out any of his incompetence, he will shout on the phone and hang up.
I am glad that I kicked Javier out and completed the remaining work with another contractor.
Don’t let this guy handle any of your complex work like plumbing etc., you will regret it later.
