NOT RECOMMENDED! I had this company re-do my entire roof during my home remodel, they're not responsive at all and did not complete the job properly. There were some issues, for example where the roofing paper they applied had oils that leaked off the paper and onto my fascia during the rainy season and ruined the stucco fascia that I just had gotten done. I had requested several times that Miguel and his team cover the roof so the paper would not cause damage to the stucco on the fascia, he eventually agreed to cover it and then never did. So this resulted in the stucco on the fascia being discolored and destroyed (the image below was before it got really bad). They then applied the roof tiles after the rain stopped and then despite it being caused by them they quoted me to paint the fascia that was destroyed by their roofing paper. I eventually agreed and paid them to paint the fascia (I will admit I shouldn't have ever agreed to pay and I should've had it painted by someone else then deducted from what I owed them, but this was a learning curve on my first ever remodel). Then when they painted the fascia, they broke roof tiles all around the house where they stood to paint the fascia on the second story of the house. This was all done at the end of 2022 leading into 2023. Miguel had promised multiple times that he's ordered replacement tiles and that his team would come and repair it, but has gone completely silent and stopped responding to me. The office has stopped responding as well. As of June 26, 2023, they still have not fixed the damages they caused and are still not responding.
I've found other roofing companies to re-roof places like my office buildings and families homes, so I will use them to repair what one priority roofing will not. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND this contractor and would advise finding a more credible and reliable source. This company provided all around terrible service and workmanship.
