Be EXTREMELY diligent if doing business with this company. GET EVERYTHING IN WRITING BEFORE STARTING ANY PROJECT. Make him SIGN documents attesting to everything he will be doing and what his charges are. He will say he's doing certain things FOR FREE, then charge you for it later and create invoices with added costs, then take you to Small Claims Court. He does very poor workmanship in tile flooring and painting. If anyone wants pictures, I can supply them. He also will leave the project and not clean up the mess. I had floor grouting all over my walls, floors, cabinets, doors, etc. I am having to pay an additional $8,067.95 OVER his original quote. The roof, I assume, was installed okay - I don't know. I have since sold the house. Again, I can't emphasize enough - BE VERY CAUTIOUS IF USING THIS COMPANY - One R&R Management (Ronnie Ray).
