I would not recommend this builder at all. The homes they build are beautiful, however the workmanship is not great, and you will have issues. Builder (Igor) is not responsive at all, and once the sale of the home closes and is finalized, he will not make any repairs or return phone calls or requests. He was also not honest about many details and did not follow through with what he said he would do. I found out that, the home we purchased was not built to code, but in Wasilla there are not specific codes that have to be followed when it comes to buying a new construction home outside city limits of Wasilla. DO not use this builder or buy a home from them, they are not honest and you will end up having to make costly repairs.

We purchased a home at 90% completion and were able to have some input in countertop color and exterior color. The home we purchased is beautiful at first glance, however once we settled in we realized that the builder did not install any coat rack bars in any of the rooms, there were no toilet paper holders or towel bars, this may have been an oversight on our part, but we assumed they would be installed. The initial conversations we had with One Way Homes was positive, however after we closed we were never able to reach the builder for questions or repairs. Our entire water demand system went out within 3 months of closing and we had to go through a third party for the repairs as we could never get ahold of the builder after texts, phone calls, and e-mails. I would not use this builder again as we have continued to have problems with our home.
