he did not do the crawl space encapsulation as I told him I wanted done.i had a usda home repair grant to have the crawl space done.he has large ripples,open ground,broken insulation boards tape up in pieces.vapor barriers covering rocks,he took off with tbe materials he was to use.there a pool of water on the barrier,the barrier was not covering all the insulation boards.hw change his story abt the matetuals,his friend stole them,his friend loaded them up by mistake,he took them to his shop,he never return the next day to 'finish'up.then he refuse to take pictures showing what material he still have.nor will he make arrangements to cone here to return them to me.which tells me he took them to home depot for money /refund.i gave no other recourse but have theft charges against him.do not hire him.he works like a child.
