Did not deliver what was originally discussed, pushed off meetings and designing to understudies, does NOT have an architectural stamp (not and architect), wants to design your house their way, tried to pursue us to use a certain contractor, needed to meet much more than originally planned, charged additional fees for delivering the final plans and he does not back up his work. Multiple changes had to be made during the construction phase and he would not help to cover the cost as typically done by legit drafters and/or architects. Do not throw your money away with this guy!
