Onsite Fire really cared about me and our home during that difficult time when I had my fire.
Joe always took my calls and listened to my ideas about how I wanted my home rebuilt. My insurance didn't want to pay for some questionable damage and Joe and his crew just fixed it! They just fixed it and didn't even ask me for a penny. Joe just said I want you to be happy and not worry. I didn't know people like that still exist.
My home is beautiful and this company is beautiful. Really good people in this company.

I would recommend this company to anyone that has had a fire. This company went beyond the call of duty to make sure my house was built back to my specifications and that I was happy. To call the owner of a company is priceless. Companies like this are hard to come by now a days.

Nothing less than superior service! If you are reading this you have probably had a fire or some major disaster. As you now know, or so will be aware of is there are numerous construction companies to choose from. Some with fancy things to show you, others to scare you and make you unsure of what to do or who to trust. I was one of those people for a split second until I met Joe and Raquel and I have to say I was very comfortable with Onsite Fire right off the bat. There was no more interviewing companies after talking with Joe. Joe told me the process and what they could do for me, and that was exactly what he did. My partner is in the home design business and we worked beautifully together with Onsite Fire. They are a honest, caring company that went out of their way to accommodate our needs (that's what you get with a boutique builder) being a small business ourselves we support local family owned business and it was our pleasure working with Joe, Raquel and our superintendent Konstantine.

They are helping us in reconstructing our house. I would say that they are very good. In the beginning, we had many different contractors to choose from, many were on a much larger scale than them but we chose them because they were very personable and can best relate to from a customer standpoint. We work directly with the contractor Joseph Ranciato and we can express our opinions and concerns directly to him. He is very knowledgeable on the process of construction and restoration and helped us greatly facilitated the insurance claim. They have their own suppliers and crews for each specific type of jobs and the ones I've met were very good people. The construction process is going steadily, there were some hiccups along the way but everything is resolved. Joseph is very negotiable and nice to work with, he cares greatly of what customer wants and needs. I would definitely recommend Onsite Fire Damage Solutions to a friend.
