We are a residential remodeling company over 20 years experience in construction, design, and engineering that performs a variety of general contractor services from design | build services, renovation, retrofitting, up-fitting, historic preservation, new construction, drafting services, consultation and construction management from permitting to certificate of occupancy. We have an alliance with prime contractors from light commercial work that we have worked with over the last 16 years.
We, also, have recently opened opportunities for investors in the medium to high end residential markets. We thrive on continuing education of building code, green building principles, sustainable project site management, and industry product knowledge & innovation. We have built our business over the years through a client referral network that most have become our friends over the years. Our Principle Manager is a THIRD generation General Contractor who made a commitment to quality and service!

    I hired Ferello Croker last year to enclose my back porch and build a deck. It was supposed to be a two month project. It has been a full year and my project is far from complete. I have been led on with promises and excuses. I haven't heard from his company in weeks. He hasn't been paying his workers and I was told by one of his employees that there would be a lien taken out on my house.

    I had to contact the owner. He was in a meeting and said he would call me in one hour. I didn't get a phone call back.
