The experience was horrible.Moving in Austin Mata was pleasant however when it came to repairs there was constant difficulty getting in contact . Then long periods of no show no communication. The place was rat infested ,power in the kitchen and restroom was completely out for 6 months and the roof had massive wholes and leaks for over 9 months. There was no concern, no communication no action taken. Also rent was demanded to be paid Cash app. Now that I’ve moved away an illegal repair team is doing minor repairs to the upstairs unit in hope of re-renting it out . Be Aware!!! Run , think twice. Also a single mother live in the lower unit in these same conditions to this day.
