    Painting house inside and out, plus wrought-iron fence & garage
    $11,500

    We had a challenging job for Opio --our house hadn't been painted in 15 years, the trim was very damaged and we had a great deal of flowers and shrubbery all around it. In addition, we had a separate garage, a fence going all around the corner lot with very rusted and corroded wrought iron. It ended up being sanded, painted with Rustoleum and then two coats of the trim color.

    And I'm a very picky customer -- for the house, I wanted colors both inside and out that were unusual and would enhance the greenery outside, and the kind of weird colors of the furniture inside. We got dozens of sample colors, and Tony was incredibly patient with us! Also, we were going to buy a new front door, as the wooden ones we had were very damaged (mostly by our dog scratches, weather and wear, but they mended and painted it, and I love it!

    It was so important to Tony that we were happy with the final choices......and we are. In addition, his main painter, Jose, was absolutely wonderful -- so professional, detail-conscious and hard-working (one day worked from 7:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m., hardly stopping even for lunch.)

    I can't recommend this company highly enough.
