    In March of 2020 we experienced a slab leak that did a considerable amount of damage to the bottom floor and kitchen of our home. We decided since our house was dated to remodel the bottom floor of our house. We removed the wall that separated the kitchen from the living room. We did a full kitchen remodel, new floors, smoothed out the ceilings, added recessed lighting, new floors, custom entertainment center, added a fireplace, remodeled the downstairs bathroom and added a shower to the bathroom. We also decided to do a full re-pipe and re-wire and upgrade the subpanel. The work product was excellent, the subs were all great and did excellent work. Stephen was very responsive and when issues did come up he was quick to address them and make it right. We were so happy with the results on the bottom floor that we contracted Optima Construction to remodel the upper floor. We smoothed the ceilings, installed recessed lighting, new floors and paint, we remodeled the upstairs bathroom with a stand up shower and custom shower glass. We also had them build custom built ins in every room. We are so happy we chose to do it. The project was a great success. The neighbors are amazed at the transformation. This work was also done at a fair price. They are not the cheapest but they are not the most expensive and in my opinion you get what you pay for in construction. Optima Construction does very high quality work at a fair price. I am always quick to recommend them when a friend asks if we know an honest, reliable contractor that does good work.
