I contacted Brilliant Plumbers and spoke with Nick, to schedule a consultation. Upon the appointment date, Nick arrived in a timely manner and appeared in a professional manner. After a thorough assessment, he determined the source of my plumbing issue efficiently. He created a plan of action to correct the issue, advised of the necessary steps (which included traveling to multiple stores in a vast radius, if the local stores were without the required parts) and provided more than one option. His quoted price was reasonable. He came back, as promised, the next day, to perform the work. Prior to beginning work, he provided an approximate timeframe of completion and what to expect. Throughout the time working, he showed progress and informed of any pertinent information. Nick completed the job before the stated time. The job was well performed and was confirmed no issues remained prior to his departure. He was pleasant the entire experience and was even concerned with my dog not running out of the door, as he stated he would be in & out. The work was superior and professional. My family & I are relieved this issue is corrected and we now have a Plumber that we trust and will retain for the long run. Thank you, Nick!

Nick is extremely responsive, capable, and fast. There is no doubt that Nick has the expertise to put the right team together and get the job done, Nick doesn’t shy away from major work. When we had a devastating incident occur, Nick and his amazing team came in to fix the problems within a week! Nick will be our plumber for all future plumbing needs, big or small. Had a clog in my outside sewer and water was backing up into my basement. Called some plumbers in my area and no one could come out because it was already 4:30. Went on line and saw the reviews for Nick so gave him a call. He came out that day and within an hour had my problem fixed! Very professional and a very nice person. I will be using Nick from now on!

I recently moved into an older home and purchased new appliances, but was told I needed a valve replaced to be able to install my new dishwasher. I was worried and reached out to Nick who was able to visit within 20 minutes of my text and quickly identified what I needed! We scheduled the water shut off soon after and he was able to come back and replace the valve without a hitch (and at an affordable price!). I am so glad to have a reputable and trustworthy plumber as a first time homebuyer.

Nick came out to assist us in a time out of emergency to service a bursted pipe. He was very thorough in completing the job. He was able to answer all questions and followed up to ensure things were completed to our satisfaction.

I called Nicolae because he already had great reviews. I started out doing some yard work I turned on my water hose outside and it had low water pressure, I went back inside and had water in my basement. Nick came out diagnosed the problem carefully and fixed it and he came back two weeks later to fix my shower head drip. This was done at a very reasonable price and I won’t hesitate to call again in the future if I have any more issues.

Got Nick's info from a former coworker in Dolton IL, so I've seen his work before. I needed him to replace a 30 yr old water tank in my rental property in Phoenix IL. that had went out. Nick was there the next day to make the repairs and bring everything up to code.Thanks again Nick for a job well done.

Called Nick to take care of an issue with a sewer gas smell and he was able to find the broken drain pipe in the crawl space under initial inspection. He came in with a very reasonable quote to repair and was very detailed on what else may pop up. Scheduled an appointment two days later and he showed up on time and updated the progress of the repairs taking pictures throughout the time he was there. All his work was excellent and up to code. No more sewer smell and peace of mind knowing the repairs were done properly. Would HIGHLY recommend him and will definitely be using him again for future plumbing needs

Nick did a great job diagnosing a leak near the water pump and replacing the valves. He also followed up to make sure there were no issues a few days later. Very professional.

I highly recommend Optima Plumbing. I work for a management company and I am pleased to say Optima Plumbing is one of our preferred plumbers we use. Nick is very knowledgeable and professional. I was in a pinch last year trying to find a plumber and Nick took a load off my shoulders. He took several emergency calls for me that weekend. I can’t say enough good things about this company. Nick was at my house in less than 30 minutes of the phone call. He explained what the problem was and quoted a price. The sewer pipe had to be rooter, about 100 feet to the street. He was able to clear out the pipe so that everything is draining fine now. He also recommended yearly maintenance on the pipe since there's a tree close to it. He seems very knowledgeable and his prices are reasonable.

Nick is very responsive and does a great job. He replaced a water tank and an ejector pump in my house. His prices are slightly higher than most, but he does great work.

Look no further if your in need of plumbing services. Never got a return call from those big name plumbers but Nick answered my call on a Saturday night. He was responsive and knowledgeable. He showed up next day which was a Sunday as promised and fixed my plumbing issue. He rotted out the drain and I can now wash clothes and flush toilets without worrying about a flood. Thank you Nick

Nick has replaced our water heater and kitchen sink (so far). Fair prices, quick responses, and flexible scheduling all made the experiences much easier. No issues with either project afterwards.

I called Nick to replace the kitchen drain line which was galvanized iron pipe with PVC. He was very responsive in scheduling the work and was able to be flexible around my work schedule. Nick arrived on-time the day of the job and completed the job in one day. Nick did a great job and even followed up with me a few days later to see if I had any post-work issues pop up, which there were none. I will definitely call Nick for my next plumbing job.

I called Nick to come fix a leak in my bathtub. He did not fix the issue at all. He promised to check in on his job that he did but never did. I highly doubt he warranty his work as he mentioned.
