Punctual, professional, neat, friendly, very accommodating, reasonably priced (half the price of some other quotes!), safe, caring, i purchased a used telsa and needed a home charger. tesla told me it would be at least a month before i could get one from them. big problem since i wouldnt be able to use my car for that time. i explained my situation to optimum, and they installed the charger within 48 hours! no funny business, no hidden fees. refreshing to come across people who actually care about their job and customers! thanks so much!!
