OIP’s internal construction and remodeling teams have remodeled over 300 homes under the REO-To-Rental model. OIP provides a turn key remodeling solution efficient for all types of clients.
Since inception in 2009, OIP’s internal construction and remodeling teams have performed projects raging from minor cosmetic rehabs and maintenance turnovers to the complete overhauls of homes under the resale strategy and luxury rentals. the OIP development team has also managed the development of several commercial projects with budgets raging from $500k and up.
OIP has separated its labor force and created specialized teams for the different development and remodeling projects. the team consist of a mix of internal full-time employees and independent contractors that work exclusively for the company. OIP’s project managers have been able to handle large volumes of projects per month under the different structures.
OIP has been able to establish relationships with nationwide suppliers allowing us to obtain special pricing on materials, and setting pre-determined labor cost with our preferred subcontractors. The benefits of having these prices pre-negotiated allow us to maximize the value of every project.
The OIP construction group is able to streamline the process conducting initial estimate by our project managers and field personnel and then the final review by our operations manager to determine the proper scope of work. Our project manager walk the properties on a constant basis in order to ensure the quality and timeline of every project. OIP’s remodeling packages have been standardized and tiered by price point and by client parameters, further enhancing construction efficiency.
