    Obtain permit, bring upto code, pass inspection. They quit and left project I face 10k fines
    $3,000

    I hired Mauricio to handle permits for some previous work, expecting everything to be brought up to code, inspected, and approved. Two years later, I'm now staring at a $10K fine because this fraudster completely abandoned the project. Avoid him and his company at all costs—they're nothing more than dishonest con artists who lie and cheat you out of your money.
