    Building ADU / studio over new garage

    Abel and his team built an ADU /studio for us. Demo of old garage, new foundation and new studio over the garage and connecting to the main house. Highly recommend Abel. Gave great advice, knows rules and regulations, great price, great workers. Very honest, easy to work with and did what he said he would do. Very happy with opulent bay homes !
