I would highly advise against using Oracle. John caused us nothing but problems throughout our whole process, with one of the main issues is him lying to us throughout numerous times. We were estimated 10 weeks but the project took almost 20 weeks. Through every step of the build something was done wrong due to poor workmanship. Managing contractors was his job but he didn’t seem to be able to get ahold of them or ensure the work they were doing was correct. John also decided to change a design feature of our plaster without telling us ‘just because’ and it was done horribly ruining the look of our pool. We had issues with the excavators, the gas line risers, getting gates installed etc.. still now we have unresolved issues with rust and the plaster. John has no care for the project and as stated in another review was only timely when wanting to receive his check.
