We hired the owner Jaime Carranza to remodel our kitchen in Kerrville, Texas. He was supposedly vetted by Angies list. He told us he had been a contractor for 20 years and could finish our Kitchen remodel in 4 to 5 weeks. We are seniors on a limited income but he convinced us that he would work with us and do a first class job. He NEVER showed up on time, his contractors complained they were not paid to do our job and would not complete the job. He told me he would get me a drawing to see before we began work. He does not use a CAD or computer. He drew it on a clip board and never made me a drawing. He also wrote the dimensions on my wall and said that was it. I never got him show up, to communicate, to honor his word about the quality of his workers and the when I had problems with his painter and installers they claimed they were not paid to sand and clean up the job site. I have photos where they painted primer over trash, nails, nails and screw sticking through the wood and raw edges he would not finish on the cabinet boxes he did throw in my kitchen. They were unprofessional and did not fit. We missed Thanksgiving, Christmas and my birthday because we have no kitchen and no way to cook during this virus. He scammed us out of $36,000. and we do not have one finished cabinet, there are holes in the sheetrock and ceiling that are open and loosing heat. The mortar one of his guys used is cracked and it gets worse. He walked off the job and I overnighted him a two letter with all the things he left unfinished and he does not have the decency to respond or refund our money. This company is a scam and they rip off seniors and lie about their skills and accomplishments. I have all the photos, emails, text and notes from the few meetings I had with him. He is the worst contractor I have ever seen. I pray that someone will help us recover our money and most of all give us our kitchen that we paid a premium for. Any questions you have ask me and I will show you what was done to my home. I can't use it and I could never sell it for what they have done. Brenda Norris Kerrville, Texas

We hired the owner Jaime Carranza to remodel our great room in Kerrville, Texas. He was supposedly vetted by Angies list and assured us we would finish our remodel in 4 weeks, 8 months later little progress has been made. He NEVER showed up on time and always had excuses. The quality of the work is terrible and the workers left trash everywhere.
We have called, texted and emailed and he doesn't respond or if he does it is with more excuses and empty promises that he will finish the job. We are now demanding a refund of our money and looking for someone more professional to finish the job.
