We added almost 700 square feet upstairs on a one story house. Created a large master, large bath with separate tub and shower plus walkin closet. This required a total redo of the downstairs etc. Sam of Orange Innovation was amazing. Communicated well and very concerned that we like the work etc. Start to finish took 3 months to the day.
3 of my very close friends are using him and I am hearing positive things as well.

Our project was an approximately 650 sq. ft. addition that included a master suite and kitchen extension. The crew broke ground July 10 and finished with drywall and stucco September 21. From the first time I spoke with the general contractor Sam on the phone, I knew this was the company I wanted to go with. Sam was upfront about costs and potential "surprises". He arrived on time to every meeting we had and always returned calls and texts promptly, even at odd hours. All of his crews worked hard, were respectful of myself and my property and were prompt. I don't think Sam would settle for any less. Orange Innovation wasn't the lowest estimate we got, but it was comparable to most and less than some. More importantly, Sam was the only general contractor we talked to who was punctual, articulate, upfront and honest. He even went out of his way to help us deal with the city and get through some hurdles in the beginning. I really have no complaints about Sam or his crews and recommend Orange Innovation highly!

After interviewing four contractors and former clients we picked Sam at OI based on price, quality workmanship, exceptional communication, and commitment to finish on time. Sam remodeled 2 bathrooms, 3 bedrooms, the kitchen, built a room addition, patio and raised the roof. Sam completed the project on time despite the pandemic outbreak.
