    Orca did a terrible with our house. We built in 2019 and moved in at the beginning of 2020. We have been in this house for 5 years. There were so many issues while building. Things that they never came back and fixed. In the last 6 months 2 beams fell out of the ceiling in our dining room and the 2 in our office are also starting to fall. Avoid this builder at all costs unless you are ok being frustrated for years looking at all the issues they will leave for you.

    I have worked with this builder many times and they always do a great job. Very professional and knowledgeable about the area and working with codes. I highly recommend them to my clients who are investors and those looking for custom builds for their own personal residence.
