    $38,000

    DCH Construction was great!!! Sue, Trei, Mandi, and Jason did a wonderful job from start to finish in the completion of our basement project and they use the top trades/contracting companies to complete all the plumbing, HVAC, electrical, tile work, carpeting, and framing. All the paperwork before we started was also helpful as we had everything purchased and ready for them once they started the basement project. The basement looks great and is now our most favorite room in the house!!! If you want your basement finished, go with DCH Construction! You won't be disappointed!

    I would recommend Orca Mechanical Services LLC for plumbing jobs. I have not used them for other work yet. They are good as long as you aren't looking for fine craftsmanship. My old handyman/plumber retired and it would take 3 different guys to match him. My suggestion is that you interview them and ask for photographs of what they have done in the past that you are requesting of them. Their pricing is very reasonable.
