RUN! Run as fast as you can! I've never written a negative review about anyone or any business in my entire life. I'm not saying I've never had a bad experience - only that this one was like a never ending nightmare that I feel compelled to tell others so that they can hopefully avoid a similar experience. In a reduced version my experience with Frank Ordorica of Ordorica Construction is as follows:
Frank came on to the project with lots of great talk. He said he had tons of experience with jobs like mine and that he could certainly get the job done within the given time frame. He gave his word that he would have a bid to me within 3 days. After 30 days - having never heard back from him, I gave up and went back on the search. Somewhere between 45-60 days later he came back claiming a death in the family. The story sounded legit and I felt for the guy.
We came to terms within a short while and he started on the project. Long story short he broke the final deadline by over 2 months, did much of the job not to code, and after I got XXXXXXXXXXXXXXXXered into paying him 90% of the money he took off leaving me with an incomplete, poorly done job. He wouldn't respond to emails, phone calls or texts and as of right now I've spent over $25,000 beyond our written agreement. Keep in mind that the project should have only costed around 25 thousand in the first place.
I'm only writing this review in the hopes that others will not get screwed by Frank like I did. Find someone else!

The owner of Ordocrica Construction, Frank, is a great liar plus trickster. His work is not up to code. He will agree on every request, and not able to finish any of his promises. He is good at taking your money than actually do the work. He doesn't check his worker's work. if you are lucky, you got a single worker working on your project.
When he needs money, he will bring extra workers to window dressing the job site showing the project is progressing. However, nothing is done correctly with code. I have to spend extra money to correct his mistake or negligence.
DO NOT BELIEVE HIM! My project was delayed for over a month, and my money is gone.
