    One of John's most common replies start with "we can do anything...", followed by either potential gotcha's we should think about, whether it is cost, aesthetics, space planning, or his team just gets it done.

    John has a strong network of professionals as well as a reliable team. He is laid back yet pays attention to details. His style really made it very comfortable to work with him. I would hire him again or recommend him to any others:
