I recently purchased a home from Oregon Homeworks LLC and I would warn anyone to stay far, far away from this business. There is a least one significant and dangerous code violation in my home that they refuse to address and THEY REFUSE TO HONOR THE HOME WARRANTY IN ANY WAY. They won't fix anything, large or small. They just ignore you. A home warranty is a legal contract. For them, it's just a gimmick to sell a house and once you've closed they are gone. THIS BUSINESS IS A FRAUD.
