ACR installed a central HVAC system in September 2020 and as of September 2021 it is no longer working. The system has been distributing air flow from the first day of installation and now does not work at all. We were blamed for this somehow. The project cost $13,500. Paid in full.
It went from uneven air flow to non-existent. Oren Dangour said the uneven air flow was due to the placement of the sun. Although the room next to the non-functioning room was blowing cool air (at the time). We are being blamed and charged to fix the broken ducts even though the ducts are under warranty.
A plethora of other issues have also surfaced, all from literally three days after installation. It turns out a permit was never pulled from the project. The project needs to be inspected and torn down, then reinstalled by a reputable company who will follow protocol.
