    BEWARE: SCAM ARTIST!!! If I could give zero stars I would. Contracted with Joe G. Holland Sr. for General Contractor to work with subcontractors of our choice for our small family owned start-up. He stole $2000.00 from us, without filing one piece of paperwork with the city or county. I filed my own notice of commencement. He then sent an 'Engineer' to our business, who was neither a licensed engineer or architect with the State of Florida, but represented himself as so. Mr. Holland used verbal abuse and intimidation to try to force us to use an unlicensed plumber to the tune of $4000, to get work done 'under' the radar without pulling proper permits. When we refused, he became verbally abusive, yelling, screaming and sending strings of hateful text messages to myself and husband. We finally noticed him with Breach of Contract and Cease and Desist. I will have to file a civil suit to try to recoup the $2000 and report him to the DBPR. This is a SCARY individual. Look Joe G. Holland up on Orange County Clerk of Court. Wish I had prior to giving him our money. We are a very very small family business start-up. This pushed our opening back two weeks and costs us thousands. BEWARE!
