We hired Sahar and Oro Coast to convert a 2 car garage into a 400 sq ft ADU with a full bathroom and kitchenette. I highly recommend Oro Coast for anyone considering similar types of conversions or remodels. The project was finished quickly and on-budget and Sahar was an excellent communicator throughout. He really understood what we wanted out of the project and tailored the work to our preferences. I would definitely hire Oro Coast again next time I have a big project.

They did everything they were hired to do. Our HVAC system works, the odors are gone and they even helped us install our bidets.

ORO Coast Builders installed two complete air conditioning/heating systems and completely replaced the original (30 year old) venting throughout most of the structure. The staff was very professional in every stage of the project. They started and completed the work in the time frame they said they would. There was additional work outside of the scope of our contract they suggested may have to be done for building inspectors to sign off--they were right and completed the work timely and cost effectively. ORO Coast remodeled our entire yard. We added a pool and a retaining wall because we have a steep hill. He helped me design something so unique and space efficient. Our yard suddenly looked so much bigger! We are planning on rehiring them to re do our front and side yard toward the end of the year.

ORO coast builders for several reasons: the first impression was great....he was punctual and professional and I felt he really understood the vision we had for the house and yard. He also had some great ideas of his own. His quote was reasonable in comparison to the rest. He was honest from the beginning about things that would cost more but also helped explain ways we could save money by using his contractor’s license to buy finished material at a lower price and offered to come choose everything with me if I needed him too. The process was fairly smooth...a few hiccups along the way regarding timeframe but that’s to be expected with a renovation of this size. Ultimately we’re really happy with the way everything turned out.

We hired Oro Coast to handle the hardscaping in our front yard. We added a really nice concrete design with artificial turf and some beautiful landscaping. They were in and out in less then 2 weeks and the yard looks great. Changed the entire look of the house.

Oro coast helped us remodel our garage. During Covid I decided to turn our garage into a home office. We added drywall and tile to the floor and expanded it a little to fit a powder room for my clients. They even added custom shelving so I still have storage and it looks very neat and hidden. It really looks great and I’m in there all day every day.

We worked with Oro Coast to expand our kitchen. We had to break down a few walls to create a more open space. I really wanted a big island and more storage. They were very knowledgeable and helped me choose between custom and prefab cabinets. We ultimately went with custom. I wanted to be able to design every inch of the kitchen from scratch and the size of the space made prefab nearly impossible. The cabinets look a while because the Covid situation, but we finally got them installed and we’re very happy!

I just finished my first project with Oro. We converted my garage to an ADU. We were hesitant to do it at first because construction can often be such an expensive headache,  but I'm so happy we did. The process of the remodel was so easy and now we're renting the ADU for $2000 a month which completely covers our mortgage.
