Make sure you hire a structural engineer before doing business with this builder. After we had an inspector out to review the damage, he mentioned the builder's technique's were "curious" but fortunately for them it "wasn't illegal to be stupid". Orod Home's faulty build methods, which included bare bathroom tile over plywood with no underlayment, lead to mold growth that had to be mitigated all the way to our basement, and when confronted with this knowledge, his kind response was "to have home insurance". This home is barely 2 years old.

This builder only offers a one year warranty and the balcony on our second floor completely rotted after 2 years because of improper tile and underfloor.
