I would have to write a book to explain how awful this has been. I hired Orona Construction on 3/11/20 to do a remodel on a small bathroom. The quote he gave me said it would be a 10-day job. The job wasn't done in 10 days. I took 3 months off due to the Covid shutdown. I'm elderly and had to quarantine. I contacted Bruce on 6/25/20 to reschedule and he couldn't start again until August. In October I was told the bathroom was complete. I shortly found out that both sinks were leaking and the new shower pan kept popping up and wouldn't drain. The shower door wouldn't seal. The sink was cracked. I had to file a contractor's complaint to get the work done. Both sinks are leaking again. Thank God for water alarms. It is now June of 2021 and the bathroom is still not usable. I'm going to have to get an attorney. I lost count of the times they said they were coming and never showed up. Today was another one. No call and no show. I can't believe someone can be a contractor for this long and not know how to put in a shower and vanity. The plumber I contacted to look it all over told me I picked a winner. I've been patient for a year on this small job. Not a nice thing to do to a single, elderly female. Don't trust this guy.
