David Osborn is one of the best contractors you will ever find. He has high integrity, is honest and trustworthy. He has an eye for detail and always makes sure that things are done right. When David says he’ll do something – he does it. His sub-contractors are always the best in the business. His pricing is fair and transparent – no upselling or surprises.
We’ve used Osborn Builders for more than 10 years – I don’t think there’s a room in our house they haven’t worked on. They’ve gutted and renovated our kitchen, great room and family area; gutted and renovated our master bath and second bathroom; turned a Florida room into a “real” room; turned an extra bedroom into an office; replaced all our original windows with hurricane-graded windows; replaced our original flooring in different parts of the house; turned popcorn ceilings into drop-down; painted bedrooms and added crown molding; and a host of other things I’ve probably forgotten.
You can trust David’s eye for design and color, and he’ll steer you in the right direction if you’re stuck or undecided. My wife and I know (and joke) that if we tell David our thoughts or ideas and he says, “Well, you could do that…” – he’s about to tell you something that will be better, faster and/or less expensive.

We did a large remodel last summer and I am so glad that we found Osborn Builders! David and his crew are very courteous and the site was always clean before anyone left for the day. That was a huge help when you are living in the middle of all the chaos. David was also very patient with all of our various questions and with our many changes. We are still in love with our kitchen and updated rooms and would use him again for any construction job in the future.

David Osborn has done two projects on our house. His attention to detail, prompt response and commitment to get the job done right are first rate. The price was always fair and his honesty/integrity shone through. What was impressive was ours were not high dollar projects for his company And he still made us feel like our projects for the most important thing on his agenda. Would highly recommend.

Without a doubt, the best contractor I have ever employed. I had to replace the the entire marsh facing wall of a stucco home. Inserted in that wall were two very large picture windows that had leaked badly and caused damage to the internal structure of the house. Dave prepped me on the entire repair and explained to me in detail what was required to be done. Throughout the entire repair process he kept me informed of its progress. The results were beautiful. His entire staff is friendly, courteous and very hard working and I would give them my highest recommendation for any type of home repair, remodel or addition.

If you are looking for an outstanding, professional, reasonably priced contractor, David Osborn and his team are the way to go. The first project they did for me was a master bath. I was very pleased with the work and how he handled a large error by one of the suppliers.
The next project was a second bath. It was also expertly done.
The third project was to redo all the floors in my home and replace all doors in every room to solid shaker style. During every one of these projects, they followed the timeline that was set. They accommodated my situation with timing and with homeschooling. They even worked on days they don’t typically work. The electrical work that I had done was above and beyond, as was the work of all his crew. They were polite, efficient, on time and cleaned up every single day. All work was expertly done. David was easy to get a hold of and was able to answer any questions I had in a prompt timely manner. He even matched my vision on a special project of a barn door. I’ll be glad to take pictures of any area, if you would like to see the quality work that this company does. I highly recommend them without any reservations.

David and his crew are second to none. Not only do they do amazing work, but his guidance and advice help your project turn out perfect. His team is awesome and you feel completely comfortable with them, they treat your house like it was theirs. I’ve asked them back for smaller projects already, and the complete reconstruction they did on my kitchen is unreal. I get non-stop complements on it!

I have done many renovations in my lifetime and never have I come across a builder that was this professional. They are the cleanest group I have ever worked with (work site). You could not hire a nicer builder.

Randy and David did our kitchen and bathrooms remodeling in 2016 and they did a wonderful job. My husband and I felt very comfortable with them. They’re easy to talk to and they really listen to what we want done with the renovation. The project was done in a very timely manner. They were transparent as to how much they charge and they helped us stay on budget. We couldn’t ask for better contractor than them.

David and his team went above and beyond to ensure our whole house remodel went as smooth as possible. When we were undecided in what direction to go with our home, he sat and listened to us and made his recommendations based on what he heard were our needs. From start to finish he was always available to make time for us and would answer all the questions we had. In my opinion, communication is very important and he would never leave us waiting for long before making every effort to respond to us. If you are looking for a builder to really focus on you and what your needs are, then I would highly recommend David and his team of professionals to complete the task on time. I don’t believe 5 stars is enough to describe the professionalism he and his team bestows. There is no question that my wife and I would recommend them to anyone looking for a room remodel, whole house tear down and remodel or complete new build. You wont go wrong with them!

David Osborn is absolutely fantastic. He and his crew handled several projects for us before we moved into the house. We were still living out of town and David’s communication style enabled us to see the progress from 1,000 miles away. Everything was completed professionally, neatly and timely! I would recommend Osborn Builders to anyone looking for excellent work with an amazing work ethic!

David Osborn is the best contractor I ever worked with. He did a fantastic job on our home and he could translate my vision into the actual project.
