Took about a week to install a heat pump, couple no call / no shows. Couldn't connect the thermostat, put in the cheap one instead. Wired the system wrong, almost caused a fire in the house. Will not respond to calls for service, had to hire another reputable company to fix what Osborne messed up. They just ignore you if something goes wrong Avoid.
