The worst! I hired Osbuilt for a decent size job, all cash job. They said they would arrive at 7am every morning after the first day they arrived around 9am for a week then it was 11 and 12pm until it got to 3pm. I told them they need to start earlier. I get home from work at 3pm when they were showing up, this is the least of the issue. I paid 90% off the job, my bad! they stopped coming, didn't answer text or calls etc.. it has been miserable. After two weeks of no contact from them we changed our locks and gated up our backyard. They still had some things there. He text while I was on vacation saying sorry for the first time and asked if he could finish the work. I told him we need to have a meeting first with my husband and set expectation and give a time limit mind you he told me a 6 to 8 week job I added a few things making it about an 8 week job. There first day was December 27th the last day the worked was the first week of April , working sometime 3 hours a day even 2 hours sometimes. I have the ring doorbell and proof. If he had they worked 6 to 8 hours a day this would had been done in 8 weeks. Set the meeting up at 6pm the day we were back from vacay, confirmed the day before he responded right away which was a good sign. NO show, NO call? not even the decency to say I can't make it or I don't want o finish the job. Oh back up, I let him in my backyard to get his things while I was away , my son opened the backyard so now he has all his things. We just hired someone to finish his job, we also need to redo all of our wood flooring major gaps and the flush vents I paid a fortune for that he had me order and had been sitting out in front of him for months didn't get put in, they have a piece that needs to go under the flooring. My cement stairs had chunks out of them, need to fix those too. Horrible experience. I would stay away!!!!!!
