He does not follow through! When asked to fix an ac that he installed 5 weeks ago, after 1 week, he has not returned to fix it! I have tried to call, text and contact and he ignores and tells us to call someone else. He installed it and I specifically asked if he would service it prior to his installation. He lied and said he would and that he would be available if anything went wrong. Now with the cold weather coming I have no heat! I have been without air for 4 of the 5 weeks. Poor service!
