a red flag was raised before we started when they showed up in a hurry to start the job late in the afternoon, but I still went ahead with the work. the work was sort of incomplete some areas were left unstained. three months later they still haven shown up to stain yet the gate started to sag, called them to fix it, they showed up two weeks later without calling and attempted a crappy repair didnt even bother to replaced what was already busted just nailed. two days later the gate started to sag again. now they wont even bother to answer the calls or text. Yo get what you paid for. and unfortunally for me I got a cheap job for cheap. glad that I didnt go with the other jobs that they offered because if in something simple as a fence they could perform quality I dont even want to imagine on something like a deck or pergola. Just be warned DO NOT USE.

4 years ago I had him remove some hedges and transplant, build a deck and a safety fence around my pool. The deck was never flush with the surrounding cement, the bushes died in a week and the sprinkler head UNDER THE DECK HE BUILT was never capped off. The deck is now detached from the base so it thuds down every time you step on it. DO NOT USE HIM FOR ANYTHING!

Osorio's crew built a fence for us and left almost half of it unstained. We paid in full with promises of his return to complete the job. Over a month later, the fence remains unstained. He no longer takes my calls. BBB complaint has been filed. this company is dishonest and unreliable.

Once the work is FINALY completed, and your roof on the patio is now leaking he will make promises to repair, he never shows up or calls to let you know he has cancelled. He will not return calls. He will complete the contracted work when he needs to pay his workers. I have tried for 3 weeks to have my roof repaired that was installed in May.

BEWARE of this fence company: if you request a quote they will assume you are going to contract with them and just show up and rip off your fence! No written contract whatsoever. They were contracted by our HOA and I asked them for a quote on my fence. Their quote was EXORBITANT! Next thing I know they showed up on a weekend and ripped off my old fence and started installing my new fence and expected me to lay for it. extortion!!! Although the fence they installed was good quality I was forced to pay the amount they had quoted me because they started work on my property WITHOUT my permission!!!. I would not recommend Osario for your fence install. He is a FRAUD.
