Robert Ossi’s licenses should be taken away. He let a shady, unreliable unlicensed handyman use his license number to con us out of all the money we had to renovate a small house in Tampa. Handyman acted like a GC with Robert’s full knowledge and backing and deserted our project barely halfway through after lying and taking all our budgeted money and then some. Did subpar work that we had to pay additional to fix because it wasn’t up to code. Then charged us for that!!! We got into trouble with the city because of their shoddy work and ended up losing $250,000 more when the city decided the project was “new construction”. Robert is not reliable and he is dishonest. Shame on the City if Tampa too for not holding him accountable.
