Dave Ost is a crook, a thief, a liar, and a money grubbing, incompetent fool of a man whose foray into "construction" involves getting other people to do his work, while he sits in his web of incompetence, collecting money. I hired him to put a kitchen in my downstairs, and build an armory. He was all smiles and friendly the first month, then never showed up, and allowed incompetent third parties to fail in their attempts to construct my rooms. Then he upped the price, jacked up the fees, and even tried to put a lien on my home!!!! He is a failure as a contractor, a businessman, and as a human being. STAY AWAY!
