    $215,000

    Started a project that bankrupted halfway through development of a block. Bunch of first time home buyers purchased homes. Then after bankruptcy habitat for humanity moved in and a huge apartment complex home values plumeted and screwed a lot of young families who can't afford to sell or move and live in an area with our children, that is quickly going down hill with drug and gang violence. This company is heartless an all about the bottom line uses the cheapest possible building materials during construction and charges premium prices. Buyers beware. Total scam with amoral A' hole ceo
