This company has been such a disappointment. We chose them over others even though they quoted us $20,000 more because they portrayed themselves as a family company that cares about their customers. They were attentive and informative until they received our $9000 deposit. After that, communication has been horrible. The deposit was given on 6/28/23, pool was delivered on 10/4/23. Even though the pool was delivered and placed in the ground on 10/4/23 it is far from being complete. Our yard is a mess and smells like sewage. The company dug a trench on 10/11/23 for electrical. When we arrived home on 10/11/23 we discovered the smell and sewage water in this trench. No one from the company called us to report an issue. My husband reached out to them on 10/12/23 and was told that it had to have been a problem before they dug the trench. We have not had any prior problems with sewage in our yard. They were quick to say it was not their doing and that they knew nothing about the problem. However, we have several Ring cameras and were able to pull video of them discussing an issue with the septic in the trench. The smell is so horrible that we can not go into our backyard without being nauseated. We were finally told that they would return on 10/13/23 to look at the problem and complete the digging. Two of the employees were again seen on our Ring cameras discussing the sewage in the trench stating, "I don't know what his problem was but I am thinking it was already here." It's not good customer service to speak poorly about the homeowner on their security camera. And I'm sure if this had been an issue for us everyone would have smelled it before now because we would have had puddles in the yard. It is a continuous stream in this trench that is draining through the ground into the pool area. My husband reached out to the company several times today and was told the owner Ken Osterhus would give him a call. No surprise, he did not call.
