The owner did not complete the job. He was paid in full with his promise to return and stain the fence, weather permitting, which was four months ago. Promise after excuse after promise. Finally, he stopped returning my calls and texts, and will not answer the phone. Very, very disappointing, as he appeared to be a very exceptional individual, and he turned into a complete deadbeat.
