We recently used Kash and Outdoor Concepts for complete premium landscaping on a new house recently purchased. We had a very frustrating experience with Kash similar to other poor reviews here. It's no wonder that Kash does not have his company listed on Yelp or any other review sites because he certainly could not live on reviews of his performance !!
Kash was good upfront but lacked follow thru and detail. We were completing this work while living out of state and we were very frustrated with his poor communication. We almost fired Kash before we started the work but he talked us out of it ..... we should have followed our gut and terminated him !! Kash installed the wrong travertine color and pattern which was to match existing. He didn't even get the size/pattern correct !! We had the wrong rock installed and it cost us $1800 to have another contractor bring in more rock. We had substandard plants installed which will take forever to grow in ... and several dead plants that he would not replace. We had pavers in our driveway that sank into a depression and we had to hire another contractor to repair. By phone Kash indicated that he had repaired it ..... NOT true !! He never showed up at all.
If you are fortunate enough to have found these poor reviews of Outdoor Concepts before you hire him.... do not move forward. Hire someone else !!
