Very unsatisfied! Contract for installation of artificial grass stated "No Seams" since it was a small yard. Ended up with two seams right in the middle of the grass. This was after the first installation which was so poor they had to install it a second time. To get it fixed the first time took over 60 text messages and e-mails (yes, I have all of them) with the owner, Scott. Second installation resulted in two seams which the contract specifically stated would not be. So frustrated getting Scott to replace the grass the first time that I haven't tried to get the seams fixed after the second installation. I am not going through another 60 plus text messages and e-mails to get him to respond. Scott will be quick to come out to pick up your money then forget about it! Oh yea, Scott never once showed up while either of the installations were completed despite repeated requests to do so. I sure wish he would come back out and make this job right! I am more than confident that I will never hear from Scott or Outdoor Homes LLC ever again!
