Kudos for their caring professional knowledge in an emergency situation of rain and flooding waters. The problem was readily solved and now this very happy customer can sleep through the night with no fear of the awaited AZ hurricane! Rev WMR -

The only good thing I can say about Outlaw Excavating is that their name suits them – they are crooks.
I dealt with one of the brother-owners, Chad, who’s not the sharpest tool in the shed, but is definitely a tool. He’s a dishonest, obnoxious, cheating bag of horse manure – they must have used a few of their excavators to pile it as high as he is.
Two of Chad’s guys dug a pool for me. I was at home watching over things for a while, but had to leave to run some errands in the afternoon. When I got back, the guys and equipment were gone. The job was halfway done – a hole dug, but debris piled up everywhere. When I called Chad to ask what was going on, he said that his guy would finish the job if we signed a new agreement and I paid separately for that. I was shocked, but said “I can send you photos and you’ll see that they didn’t finish what they were supposed to.” At this point, Chad went off the deep end, yelling “my guys aren’t going to go back and work for free”. He even threatened me and said I should “come see him in the parking lot of my shop”.
What an a—hole.
There are a lot of companies that do excavating, and it’s not rocket science – go to Rent All at 3930 Oracle and rent one yourself for just a few hundred dollars. Outlaw Excavating will charge you a huge price, lie to you, not finish the job, try to hold you hostage until you “pay more”, and then have the dumb brother Chad yell at you. No thanks, Chad.
