Ripped off every compeny thy ever ran with. Ow millions of dallers to cantracters and enployees. These guys worked in wy for skanska on a I-80 road project (Elk Mounten). Thy hired severl trucking compenys to hall asfalt and road base. Took all the money thy got from Skanska and didnt pay the millons thy owed and ran. Jim Russle and his sons Justen Dave are a scaming groop of inbred hill billys. Thy didnt even file the taxes thy took from employee pay checks witch falls under Fedral Tax evasion laws. didnt send w-2 to any former Employees. I strongly advise not doing bissnes with this compeny or Jim russel or Jisten Russel Or Dave.
