Oscar Vazquez (owner of OV One Construction), took on our major home renovation and expansion with his trustworthy and diligent team of builders and subcontractors. Adding new construction to an existing home is always a challenging process, and Oscar made sure he was constantly present on the job site to monitor and direct the work. His knowledge of the permitting and inspection processes has proven to be invaluable in terms of keeping the project moving forward. I would recommend OV1 for Residential and Commercial projects in the future.

We contacted Oscar on a Saturday related to an emergency ceiling and attic repair project. He came to our house within a couple of hours of us reaching out and assessed the project. Throughout the project, Oscar was prompt and attentive to our concerns/issues. He was able to sub-contract with knowledgeable and capable vendors to ensure our project was completed timely. Work performed included ceiling and HVAC demolition, new HVAC design, new AC system installation, new ductwork, ceiling repairs and clean-up. Recommend!

I’m late in providing this review, but that’s only because I have been enjoying my “new” house courtesy of Oscar and OV Construction. Oscar was incredibly nice, a pleasure to deal with and most importantly: (1) completed all the remodeling projects; (2) completed them when he said he would (which was very fast); and (3) completed the job for exact quote he provided. We purchased a fixer-upper in South Miami, and Oscar gave us a new roof, new windows, new AC, refinished our terrazzo floors, painted inside and out, remodeled two bathrooms, and came up with a solution to our cast iron plumbing that let us keep the terrazzo floors that caused to fall in love with the house in the first place. We could always reach Oscar, he and subcontractors were always at the house when they said they would be (even over Thanksgiving and Christmas holidays) and at end of the day, we have a beautiful home. Plus, he did all of this in a span of two and a half months (pretty unheard of for Miami). Oscar came in well below other quotes we had received and I will not hesitate to use him for the next phases of remodeling we have in mind. I highly recommend him.

I had a very positive experience with OV One Construction! I had to do a complete commercial remodeling of a medical office from empty shell and Oscar did a great job! Starting from the hiring phase Oscar was the only GC to accurately check the architectural plans before making a quote, prices were reasonable in the lowest range among all the construction companies I heard. They did a great job with everything (partition walls, full electric with double grounding as required for medical facilities, a/c, fire requirements, flooring, painting, doors and more); attentive to details, on time with delivery and we passed all the inspections without any problems. They worked hard even on weekends and holidays to respect the delivery time, always available by phone and to meet in person, always willing to give advice with great experise and to meet all the requests from a very demanding new business owner like me. I'm so thankful to Oscar and his wonderful team, absolutely recommended!

I found OV One Construction, Inc on Home Advisor and we have had several big repairs done in the office inside and out and we couldn't be more pleased with the results. Mr. Oscar was very professional since day one, from the first contact to the end of each project. They were all completed in a timely fashion, Oscar and his team were very reliable, honest and genuine in the work they provided and he was available when we needed to speak to him either by text or phone. Mr Oscar and his crew came out and did an impeccable job on my roof. I had many people come out and tell me that it wasn’t a job they could do and that it would take months to complete. I was hit by the hurricane last year and have been adamantly seeking someone to repair entire roof and Oscar was the right person. Very professional, knowledgeable and affordable! OV One construction, did an great job replacing my shingle roof. very professional, prompt and communicated all that was going to be done and when. Oscar the owner was hands on during every aspect of this project. He made sure that the crew did the job correctly with no short cuts, he had to make some changes and communicated to me what needed to be done. we passed all 3 inspections with no issues. Everthing was done within the allotted budget. OV One cares about their clients, and their property, they covered my pool so no debris got in it, kept area clean as they worked so it was safe environment. Everything was done within the allotted budget. A great company and I definitely recommend OV One construction co. for your future projects.

Oscar and OV One were professional and organized doing the full replacement of my roof- both tile and flat top. He navigated through the rigorous process of permits and approvals with expertise. Unforeseeable delays with delivery, but Oscar did communicate to us and kept on top of the vendor. Some issues came up during the process, but Oscar did make it right and in the end I have a beautiful good quality roof and I would recommend him.

We chose O.V 1 construction after an extensive search for months to find the right person to do our roof. We found him online and after everything checked out we hired him. We were very impressed with his diligence and ethics. He kept us informed step by step about everything that was going on with the work. There were no surprises and everything ran smoothly. I love the way our new roof looks. I would strongly recommend his company to any of my friends.

I chose Ov One from three contractors I interviewed. They performed as promised. 4 full days of work and I had all new AC ducts and ceiling repaired and painted. Top job. Good guys worked here, they kept it clean and neat and when they left all i did was mop the floor once. Our house looks great and is way cooler.
