Absolutely clueless, does not have any clue about refrigerants especially in winter when they told us they couldn’t work on our heat pump due yo being cold. I showed them how to do subcool with the chart on back of the condescending unit. Next there cannot communicate through English. They never show up but do know how to change an air filter that they qualifies them as a HVAC contractor with any technical capability. Philadelphia also instructed me to go somewhere since the original person sold their name . Check their insurance, their licenses and for everyone’s sake lock your doors and get s expert with qualifications and experience.Send this Joker packing
