Paul Overwise contracted with me to build a deck. He made several appointments to start but then did not show. I had rearranged my work schedule to be home and Paul never called or texted that he was not coming. When I finally made contact with him after he ghosted me, he said he was having difficulty with workers. He contacted me in July and said he would have the deck finished by 7/24. Again he did not show, did not call, and ghosted me. I finally asked to have my money back because I lost all trust and respect for him. It wasn’t until I reached out for legal assistance that Paul refunded my money. This was a frustrating and disappointing experience!
