When doing business or hiring a service I look for good communication, reliability and most importantly honesty. If you have the same desires as I do, I seriously recommend you expand your search.
In my situation, the costs continually changed through completion of the project and both the costs and communications of such were delayed or understated to a point that you no longer have a choice or say in how to control budget over runs. I was very unhappy and disturbed as to how I was treated concerning timely communication and most importantly honesty. We had a planned/fixed budget and the costs of our project were in my option egregiously understated in our agreement and throughout the process.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY OR TIME. This builder is a fraud. The home on his website is mine and has not been finished to date. This guy ripped us off in a major way. He has no project management skills which led to budget issue throughout the build. He will ensure that he gets his money first before any work is completed and will not provide any receipts except for extras which he will up charge by 100%. I've posted before and will continue to post until I get the results I paid for. We've been in home since Jan 2022 and still finding substandard and faulty workmanship. I'm gonna post anywhere I see this builders name because I don't want anyone to go through what we are experiencing. His rating is a solid "0".
