DO NOT HIRE MARK ROOD IT WILL BE A BIG MISTAKE!!! Mark is basically a hack builder that will cut corners on everything to save money, And there is a lot of stuff he has no clue about . He cannot manage anything nor can he manage paying his contractors which also results in poor quality work because he won’t pay them and the customer is the one that suffers in the end!!! He built my house which took him 2 years to build which should have been a red flag to me. I am sure as years pass I will always have problems in the house. I should have gotten two zones for heat and ac, I only got one!!! He played stupid assuming I didn’t know what was going on. He tore down the old house to build my new house and he dumped crap from the old house in the backyard down the hill, he dumped crap under the garage in the foundation which means it will probably have problems soon! He left half of the old driveway and threw dirt and seed over the asphalt!. He put the front door in the wrong way. The list goes on and on, I don’t know how he is still in business!
